Working Together: Innovec and Monarch Financial Services
Launching in September 2020, Monarch Financial Services have quickly grown to become one of Ayrshire’s leading mortgage advisers. Based in Kilmarnock, the business has: grown to 11 staff within its first 12 months of trading; is about to open a second office in Glasgow City Centre; and has recently been nominated for the ‘Best Regional Broker Award – Glasgow’ at this years’ Scottish Mortgage Awards.
Since April of this year, Monarch Financial Services have enlisted Innovec, the Ayr Based IT & Telecoms Managed Service Provider, to support their expansion by ensuring they have the right combination of technology and local, proactive support to allow them to focus on serving clients and growing the business without worrying about IT issues or spiralling costs.
Innovec initially provided some consultancy to optimise the existing set-up and provide a ‘safety-net’ of basic support. Since then, alongside Monarch’s growth, the Innovec team have implemented a new VoIP phone system, improved networking, and assisted with the provision and set-up of IT for the new staff and office location alike.
